Wisconsin man charged with rape in Seneca Falls

SENECA FALLS, NY (607NewsNow) – A Wisconsin man awaits his day in Seneca Falls Court.

On September 25, Brandon Szyszkiewicz, of Milwaukee, was taken into custody by the Seneca Falls Police Department.

The 26-year-old is accused of driving to Onondaga County on September 12 and luring a 12-year-old away from her home for sexual relations. Szyszkiewicz was found with the girl at a hotel in Seneca Falls and arrested.

According to FingerLakes1.com, the victim is safe with her family.

Szyszkiewicz is charged with 5 counts of rape and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child. He’s being held on $250,000 cash bail.
