Kitchen Theatre Company’s Laughs in Spanish:

This Friday 9/13 at 7 p.m., Laughs in Spanish will be a fast-paced, cafecíto-induced comedy about art and success, and mothers and daughters. Moore Family Farm Fall Festival:

Starting this Saturday 9/14 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., the Moore Family Farm is hosting their Family Farm Fall Festival. Moore Family Farm is a family owned and operated pumpkin & tree farm in the heart of the Fingerlakes. A corn maze, pumpkin patch, and apple cannon are just a few of the things this festival offers. Liquid State Brewing’s Oktoberfest Celebration:

This Saturday, September 14th from 2-7 p.m., Liquid State Brewing hosts its Oktoberfest Celebration with fun for all ages! A keg tapping at 2 p.m. with “O’Zapft Is” is followed by contests, games, corn hole, giant Jenga, a beer marionette, and Jimand Jay returning to host and MC the games. Swingin’ on Cayuga:

On Sunday 9/15 at Stewart Park, the Ithaca Swing Dance Network presents their annual summer swing soiree. Starting at 11 a.m., there will be free swing dance workshops as well as live music starting at 4:30 p.m. For more information, visit the event’s Facebook page.

Ithaca is Books Festival:

Running all weekend from 9/12 to 9/15, The Ithaca is Books Festival exists to celebrate the authors, performers, and storytellers who illuminate our world and introduce us to new ones. Events will be hosted all over town including readings and conversations with Jonathan Letham, Steven Salvatore, and Debbie Urbanski. There will be a book fair on the Commons on 9/14 and 9/15.
