ITHACA, NY (CortacaToday) – A popular Ithaca eatery reopens in a new location today.

The Rook, operating on West State Street for the past 8 years, will begin serving its signature fare this afternoon at Library Place. The restaurant closed in September 2024 to accommodate moving to the adult living community at the corner of Cayuga and West Court Street. The Rook’s entrance is located on the North Cayuga Street Side of the building. Seating is available first-come, first-serve.

The Rook will be open for its “upscale comfort food and drink with casual vibes” Tuesdays through Saturdays.
