DRYDEN, NY (607NewsNow) – A new opportunity for local community college students.

On November 18, TC3 will sign a transfer agreement with Syracuse University.

Students who complete an associate’s degree in select programs at TC3 with a GPA of at least 3.0 are guaranteed acceptance into SU’s College of Professional Studies at a reduced tuition rate. TC3 President Amy Kremenek will host SU College of Professional Studies Dean Michael Frasciello in Dryden to sign the agreement.

The announcement comes after TC3 signed a transfer deal with Cornell’s Ag school in August. That agreement gives students in TC3’s Sustainable Farming and Food Systems program priority consideration in Cornell’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS).
