SUNY Cortland women’s soccer advances in playoffs

CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) — The SUNY Cortland women’s soccer team will compete for a conference title.

On Wednesday, the Red Dragons were victorious in the SUNYAC Semifinals. Cortland outscored Buffalo State 5-0.

Cortland junior Piper Klammer led the way with three goals in the win. It was Klammer’s first multi-goal game of the season.

The Red Dragons next play Plattsburgh in the SUNYAC Finals. The game begins at 1 p.m. on Saturday in Cortland.
