A free paint recycling event is happening on Saturday in the village, sponsored by Tioga County and GreenSheen Eco-Friendly Paint. You can drop off accepted materials at the Tioga County Highway Facility located at 477 Route 96 in Owego from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. tomorrow. Registration is recommended.
