Police: Ithaca man with active warrants fought with arresting officers

ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — An Ithaca man is facing new charges. 

Police say they found 38-year-old Justin Leyden on Monday, who was wanted on misdemeanor charges of trespass and petit larceny. According to IPD, Leyden fought with officers. He was eventually placed under arrest.

The additional charges against Leyden include resisting arrest and four counts of harassment.
