OWEGO, NY (CortacaToday) — Owego lawmakers are preparing for the winter.
The Village Board approved spending about $7,000 on a snowplow. Funding from the American Rescue Plan Act will cover the cost.
Lawmakers are also considering spending COVID-19 relief money to improve the pool entrance at Marvin Park.
