WAVERLY, NY (607NewsNow) – A missing Tioga County man has been found.
According to the Waverly Police Department, Timothy Haxton was located on September 11 and is safe. Authorities offered no further details on Haxton’s whereabouts.
The Waverly man had been missing since August 31.
