The Mets outscored the Tigers 10-8 on Monday. Juan Soto smashed a grand slam in the win. New York and Detroit play again tonight at 6:40 p.m. in the Motor City. On the mound for the Mets will be Nolan McLean.

The Yankees start a new series in Houston tonight at 8:10 p.m. Max Fried will pitch for New York. The Yanks are red-hot heading into the matchup; they’ve won seven of their last eight games.

The Binghamton Rumble Ponies visit Akron tonight at 6:35 p.m. The Ponies have won three of their last four games.

The Cornell men’s soccer team blanked Le Moyne 3-0 on Saturday. Meanwhile, the Cornell women’s soccer team tied Kent State 1-1 on Sunday.

The Ithaca College women’s soccer squad picked up two wins over the weekend. On Friday, the Bombers beat Elmira 2-0. Ithaca then defeated Heidelberg 1-0 on Sunday.
