McGraw man faces charges in alleged assault

CORTLANDVILLE, NY (607NewsNow) – A McGraw man awaits his day in court.

On January 12, Cortland County Sheriff’s deputies were called to a reported assault at a home in Cortlandville around 7:45 p.m.

Tommy Greene is accused of pulling a weapon out during an altercation with someone known to him. The Sheriff’s Office has not released what kind of weapon.

The 41-year-old was located and arrested on charges of felony criminal possession of a weapon and misdemeanor menacing.

Greene was taken to Cortland County Jail without bail. He will appear in Cortlandville Town Court on January 21 at 11:30 a.m.
