Ithaca man arrested for possession of cocaine, fentanyl

ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — A 48-year-old Ithaca man is under arrest on drug charges.

According to IPD, Michael Grubb was caught early Saturday morning after a brief foot chase. Police executed a search warrant around 2 a.m. in the area of E. Seneca St. and Tioga St. Grubb is accused of having about 35 grams of cocaine and approximately 6 grams of fentanyl in his possession.

Grubb was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance in both the 3rd and 4th degree and a misdemeanor charge of obstructing governmental administration.
