Ithaca liquor store violates underage drinking law, troopers say


ITHACA, NY (CortacaToday) — State Police have announced the results of an underage drinking initiative in Tompkins County.  

Troopers in plain clothes accompanied underage operatives into 14 different businesses in Dryden, Ithaca, Lansing, Caroline, and Freeville on Friday.

All but one asked for ID before making the sale, with Judd Falls Wine & Spirits in Ithaca the lone store in violation.  The full list of stores involved in the initiative is found below.
