DRYDEN, NY (607NewsNow) — The Town of Dryden is holding a public hearing tonight.

Town Supervisor Jason Leifer said the hearing involves proposed changes regarding conservation subdivisions.

“This piece is really about preserving open space farmland, but also accounting for the need for affordable housing and housing in general,” he said.

Leifer said the town will take feedback from residents into consideration.

“Based on those comments, we’ll look at what was proposed [and] make amendments as we need,” he said.

The hearing begins at 6 p.m. at Dryden Town Hall.
