HOMER, NY (607NewsNow) – A Cortland woman is accused of scamming a business in Homer.
On February 3, Homer Police arrested Rose Moody for felony criminal possession of a forged instrument and misdemeanor petit larceny.
The 24-year-old allegedly used counterfeit bills at the Classy Canna dispensary on November 3, 2025.
Moody was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Homer Town Court on February 17.
