CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) — Cortland Mayor Scott Steve says a key point in shaping the 2026 budget in health insurance for retired city workers.

Three days of information sessions about retiree health insurance are planned. Meanwhile, Mayor Steve says the city’s budget process is nearing an end.

The Common Council is poised to vote on adopting the 2026 budget at their Nov. 18 meeting.
