Cortland PD: Overnight parking permission requests moving online

CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) – The City of Cortland is updating its parking procedures.

According to the Cortland Police Department (CPD), the overnight parking permission phone line is no longer a valid method for requesting permission, effective immediately.

All requests must now be submitted on CPD’s recently updated website. Once submitted, an officer will review your submission and contact you if there’s a problem.

Officials say the new system will ensure all information is collected, streamline the review and approval process, and improve efficiency and communication.
