ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – The Cornell Women’s Gymnastics Team will benefit from a $1 million donation.

The money comes from Ashley (Stewart) and Michael Bolling, a gymnast and football player who met at Cornell and graduated in 2008.

The couple was inspired to give back after their own transformational experiences with Big Red athletics. The gift, which is the largest in program history, will be delivered over the next decade for practice and competition facility upgrades, including the establishment of the Bolling Family Competition Floor. It will also expand the team’s travel budget.
