ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – A Cornell freshman has died.

On October 13, university officials say Class of ‘29’s Thaddeus Lucentini passed away while home on Fall break.

According to the Cornell Daily Sun, Lucentini, who was enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences, was from Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts, planned to study history, and was a member of the Army Reserve Officers’ Training Corps.

A community support meeting for the Arts and Sciences community will be held in Goldwin Smith Hall’s Kaufman Auditorium tonight at 5 p.m.
