Community Arts Partnership offering four grant opportunities, applications due in February

ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — Community Arts Partnership (CAP) has four grant cycles open for 2026 for local artists and art projects.

All four grant opportunities have deadlines in February, although there will be one live and one virtual grant writing workshop this month for those interested who may need assistance with applying. The live workshop will take place at the CAP ArtSpace in downtown Ithaca on Monday, January 5th from 6:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m., and the virtual workshop will take place over Zoom on Wednesday, January 7th from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Registration information for both workshops can be found here.

The grant cycles open for 2026 are as follows:

  • Grants for Arts Programs (aka GAP Grant): Applications due Wednesday, February 4th, 2026, at 9 p.m.
  • Artist in Community Grant: Applications due Friday, February 6th 2026, at 9 p.m.
  • Arts Education Grant: Applications due Tuesday, February 10th, 2026, at 9 p.m.
  • Strategic Opportunity Stipend (SOS): Applications due Thursday, February 19th, 2026, at 9 p.m.
