Business damaged, minor injuries after 5-car crash in Waverly

WAVERLY, NY (607NewsNow) – A five-car crash in Waverly is under investigation.

On January 16, police say there was a head-on collision around noon near the intersection of Elizabeth and Fulton Street.

According to the Morning Times, one of the vehicles involved struck a village business, and three people were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Owners of Jayne’s Flowers and Gifts say their building sustained some minor damage, but no one was hurt, and they remain open for business.
