BINGHAMTON, NY (607NewsNow) — A Broome County man is charged with murder.
State Police say investigators determined Nathanael Manwaring intentionally hit 41-year-old Rodney Clark with his pickup truck on Wednesday on Lamb Road in the town of Nanticoke after a dispute.
Clark died from his injuries, and the 36-year-old Manwaring was charged with second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter.
