VESTAL, NY (607NewsNow) — A Broome County father and son are under arrest. 

State Police say a months-long investigation wrapped up Monday with the arrests of 41-year-old William Dickerson III and 22-year-old Tyler Dickerson. According to a news release from the New York State Police, troopers seized the following:

  • Approximately 8.144 pounds of cannabis
  • Approximately 2.98 pounds of cannabis concentrate
  • US Currency
  • Six Cell Phones
  • One Tablet

Tyler Dickerson is charged with one count of felony possession of cannabis and a misdemeanor count of cannabis possession. William Dickerson III was charged with four different misdemeanors:

  • Criminal Possession of Cannabis in the 3rd degree (more than 16 oz of cannabis), a misdemeanor
  • Criminal Possession of Cannabis in the 3rd degree (more than 5 oz of concentrated cannabis), a misdemeanor
  • Resisting Arrest, a misdemeanor
  • Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd degree, a misdemeanor

The pair are scheduled to appear in Vestal Town Court on Feb. 19.
