$100K gift would support facilities at Ithaca parks

ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — Leaders in the Town of Ithaca are considering giving a recreational donation.

At tonight’s Ithaca Town Board meeting, lawmakers will talk about gifting the City of Ithaca $100,000. The money would support facilities at Stewart Park and Cass Park.

Town of Ithaca residents, in exchange, would receive discounts on recreational programs.

Tonight’s meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. at Ithaca Town Hall.
