Waverly grocery store officially closes

WAVERLY, N.Y. (WHCU) — An independent grocery store in Tioga County has permanently closed early.

Owners of Ted Clark’s Busy Market posted on Facebook Tuesday that they’ve run out of inventory and decided to shut down ahead of schedule.

The store, which opened in 1932, had originally announced a permanent closure this Thursday.
