CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — SUNY Cortland has a new service for students dealing with mental health issues.

Free online teletherapy is now being offered. The half-hour sessions are available on computers and by phone. It’s part of 10 million dollars in funding announced recently by Governor Hochul to expand mental health services in SUNY schools.

The school will continue providing free in-person help in the counseling center.
