ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – Authorities have raided two Ithaca stores for allegedly selling marijuana without a license.

The Ithaca Voice reports the New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) searched Zaza’s Exotic Market and Black Leaf NY on the Commons Tuesday afternoon. Illegal products were seized and official signage from OCM was hung in their storefronts. Governor Hochul announced the launch of a statewide crackdown on unlicensed cannabis stores last week.
