ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — Tompkins County is holding another election-related contest for kids.

2023 winner of ‘I Voted’ sticker contest

Middle and high school students can create and submit sticker designs ahead of the general election in November.

Those stickers, which must say ‘I Voted,’ will be handed out to voters after they cast ballots across the county.

Something new this year: kids in kindergarten through the 5th grade can send in sticker designs saying, ‘Future Voter.’

The deadline for all submissions is May 1 and the winning ‘I Voted’ and ‘Future Voter’ stickers will be chosen by residents.
