ITHACA, N.Y (WHCU) — The Student Agencies apartment building is officially open in Collegetown after over a year of construction.

The six-story, 50-apartment building is located on the corner of College and Oak Avenue. The location is already fully occupied for the semester and receiving positive feedback from residents. The complex also offers a 2,000 square foot patio and a future spot for Ithaca Beer Company’s second location.

Ithaca residents are encouraged to tour the building and see what else Student Agencies has to offer. Building managers are already reporting a large number of interested tenants for next year.
