ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – Authorities are investigating hazing allegations at Cornell.
The Ithaca Voice reports multiple fraternities are under temporary suspension while the matter is being looked into, though a university spokesperson would not confirm which fraternities nor how many, only that they are among the 29 chapters of Cornell’s Interfraternity Council.
Nearly one year ago, the Sigma Phi Society was penalized after investigators found they had hazed new members in the spring of 2022.
