Ithaca appoints first deputy town clerk

ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — There’s a new public servant in Ithaca.

Monica Moll has been appointed as deputy town clerk. The part-time position was recently created to help digitize and organize records.

The Ithaca Town Board ratified Moll’s appointment on Monday.

In other local news, the Danby Volunteer Fire Company recently reached a fundraising milestone.
