Election Day in several Tompkins County villages

ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – Five villages in Tompkins County are holding elections today.

Residents of Cayuga Heights will be voting for mayor, trustees, and village justice. In Freeville, the mayor and trustees are on the ballot. Dryden, Groton, and Trumansburg residents will be voting for village trustees. More info and sample ballots are available at the Tompkins County Board of Elections website.

Polls are open from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. The village of Lansing election will be held on April 23.
