Cortland County’s new mental health facility to offer more space

CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — Cortland County’s mental health department is moving.  

Director of Community Services Sharon MacDougall tells us federal funding is helping to renovate a building. 

Additional funding comes from the American Rescue Plan Act. The additional space means greater accessibility. 

MacDougall adds the target date to move is late next year or early 2025.
